Tuesday, June 16th (CANCELED) – The Museum will be holding its Opening Celebration from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Please drop by if you can and enjoy light refreshments & conversation. Come tour the museum and find out our Big plans for 2020!
Wednesday, June 17th(POSTPONED) – The Museum opens its doors from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Wed. – Sun.) for the 2020 season.
Saturday, June 27th (POSTPONED)– Join us for our Live Auction. Preview starts at 9:30 a.m. Auction begins at 10 a.m. with our wonderful auctioneers Glen & Rosie Carlow of Carlow’s Countryside Auctions.
Friday, July 3rd– The Museum opens its doors from 10 am to 4 pm, Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday. We are following all Covid 19 Guidelines. MASKS REQUIRED!

Friday, July 17th(CANCELED) – Join us at the Museum for the 40th Annual Logging Festival enjoy Museum displays, artists, crafters & vendors, burying of the beans for the Bean Hole Dinner to be served on Saturday of the Festival and much more….. The Festival runs from 10-4 pm on Friday. Friday night starting at 7 pm will be our 36th Annual Little Mr. & Miss Woodchip competition with Cloggers, Live Music, refreshments and more…..
Saturday, July 18th(CANCELED) – The Museum will be holding the 40th Annual Logging Festival & Parade, the Parade starts at 10 am on Main St. in Rangeley, with the Logging Festival at the museum after the parade. The Festival runs from 11-4 pm on Saturday. The Logging Festival will include the Lumberjack and Lumberjill Competitions, our Famous Bean Hole Dinner, Museum displays, artists, crafters & vendors, children’s activities, chainsaw carving demonstrations and more……
Thursday, August 13th starting at 7 am until Saturday, August 15th at 7 pm.- The Museum will be holding its Annual Benefit Auction ONLINE ONLY this year. Click HERE to access the auction.
OUR FALL HOURS START AFTER LABOR DAY AND HAVE YET TO BE DETERMINED.
Sunday, September 13th– The Museum will hold its Annual Meeting and Elections at 4 p.m., refreshments will be served. We invite all members to come and hear what our plans are for the future and to vote on any open board seats. We also encourage the general public to come and join us!
Saturday, October 3rd – 28th Annual Apple Harvest Festival, located at The Church of the Good Shepherd, 2614 Main Street, Rangeley. The Festival runs from 9-3. “Lumberjack Breakfast” starts at 9 am and runs until we sell-out. Free Children’s Pumpkin Activity Center, balloon animals, apple pressing (bring your own container), chainsaw carving demos, outdoor logging displays, artists, crafters, vendors, farmers market and more! This coincides with the Rangeley Oktoberfest so there will be a lot going on in town! The Museum is closed on this date.
